At DWAARIK, every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
Customized or altered garments.
Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verifying your account details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our return policy.
